3rd class service. i called on 9945* number at around 12 Noon today & booked a service . The guy on other side was claiming that they ca reach by 1 and start service & we mutually agreed for 2 PM. Since then i am waiting for the guy to arrive. Called at 3'0 clock & the person said that service guy will be leaving in 5 minutes . i called at 3:45 then said that "he has reached 40 minutes back. (:O), let him confirm". called at 4:15 , he said "went to wrong apartment block will be there in 5-10 minutes " its 5 right now & no sign of them. Phones are switched off. Already wasted 3 hours of mine. People like these who don't know how to value time are blot on society.

I contacted Spectrum located at Marathalli for the pest control services. It was a good response from them. I am having trouble with cockroaches in my house and i am out of station. I will opt their services the moment i reach home. They are charging Rs700 for the services.

We have no reasons to complain about the pest control services from Spectrum. They have given us convincing services for eradicating the lizards and cockroaches.

Finally we have chosen Spectrum for the pest control of our office. They are closeby to our office and their quotes are within the budget. We thank them for the quick response they have given us.
