Borewell/Openwell Drilling Service

Pathetic service from "Sri Gangotri Borewells, HSR Layout". I approached them for a new borewell drilling service. I have given them the contract and they started the work in my home. I have told them to drill up to 10 feet PVC casing and 135 feet for MS casing to save sump but they didn't listen to me and have done up to 50 feet PVC casing just to increase the cost. Total they have drilled till 185 feet. They have taken 2 and a half-day to complete the work. For the welding Robo required to enter in my home for that door needed to be cut because its 10 feet and needed to cut by 8 feet. I asked them to wait for 10 mins so that I can call the welder to cut it but they said as we know how to do and assured me that they will do it properly. But, they didn't do properly. After work, they didn't fix the gate. While asking they replied its not their work and spoiled my door. I paid Rs. 250000 for this work which they didn't do properly. Failure of Service.
