Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Never give prior information for the delay either in diagnostic or reg OPD. Horrible experience. Even don't forward the booking information to the concerned branch for which opted not the website gives the contact number of individual branch seperately so that patient can contact them and know the exact time of appointment and arrive accordingly.

I booked to diagnosis for 21 Tests costing ?19230/- on 23/04/2021 and they Failed to provide a report of "INTERLEUKIN- 6" and after 2 months assured to refund the costed money of Rs.3000/-. I am very sorry to say that they want to neglect to refund and now saying that there is no chance to refund after closing the financial year. I clearly say that they have fraud with me for a small amount of ?3000/- only. Very shameful matter for this type of big organization.

I have taken MRI scan for my wife from Suraksha Diagnostic Centre, Salt Lake City, they have responded immediately and have charged me Rs.9000 for MRI scan of the spine, and the service provided by them was excellent.

I had called Suraksha on 19th oct for a home collection of blood (fasting) for my aged mother. They took down all the details on phone and told me a collection agent will call and inform the timing and the rate. I got no call. On 20th morning at 8.30am, someone called saying the agent was busy so they were cancelling it. I said ok send next day. They confirmed that agent will call by evening. At 5 pm, i called and they said he will call by 8 pm. I got no call. I had to urgently call another lab instead. This morning at 7.30 i got a call from them, i asume to cancel again. Do they expect an aged patient to be waiting for them without earing without their confirming? If they do not have people to come, why make false promises. Such pathetic service. Will never ever go to them.

Went to this center to a taken blood test and their service was well receiving and they took test carefully and they gave the reports on the next day. The test reports are quite clear and they charged a nominal price.

Went to this Diagnostic Center for the Blood Testing service. The service from this diagnostic center is good. They charged me the reasonable amount for the service. Contented with the service from this diagnostic center for the Blood Testing Service.
