Simply it's worst. The receptionist was arrogant, one another male personal was making threat when I was complaining about hot water during bath after receiving the service. It's my suggestion not to send anyone especially in winter as they can not provide hot water even warm. Management is not at all good rather very bad. Though therapist is well trained but well aged and thai/ Bali profile option.
