Todi Honda Bhowanipore Kolkata

I had a Apache RTR. Wanted to go for Honda CB Unicorn so on 4th August 2013 went to Todi Honda. Bike was delivered on 5th August 2013 as I purchased in Cash. Just awesome. I have no complaints against Todi Honda. But I have a complaint against the sales person Shiv Guha. He promised me a Helmet, if I take the bike from him (Todi Honda), which he was supposed to give me on the day of delivery. After taking the delivery he made an excuse of availibility. I was given the time to come to the shop after 3 days. I went to the shop but again another excuse. This time he took the helmet in his house and kept in some friend's place. From 8th August till 23rd August I went to the shop atleast 20 times, called him maybe 50 times and did send him sms atleat 20 times to fetch the helmet from where he kept. The person is a liar, fraud and has no value for his words. On speaking with the owner he clearly mentioned that currently there is no scheme for helmet. My question is why was I promised for one if there is no scheme. Who will now take the liability? Its not a question of a helmet, its a question of my right. Further the one he has promised is a used one or rather a second hand since he used it and I assume its being used by others as well. Be cautious of this sales person. He also told me to avoid Honda Shield as its of no use. (Honda Shield provides 5 years warranty instead of 2 years). I had to pay 660 INR to get Honda Shied.

their best quality is that they maintain stock well.if u decide to purchase a bike they will never make u wait.. thats why i prefer this showroom
