Have purchased a solar water heater from this dealer. Good response from them and pleasure to take their service. I have Purchased 300-litre Solar water heater, I paid 32000 for that water heater and their customer service was good, Overall I am satisfied with their service.

Am not satisfied with their service.They did not complete their service and charged amount for it.They did not respond to my calls.Overall got incomplete service from them.

Just taken a solar water heater maintenance service from this agency.They did their work perfectly and charged me the nominal amount for this maintenance work.I am gratified with this service.

The worst customer service, this can be a case study in teaching service industry about how NOT to do the customer service. No one picks the call, charges for product service even though they are under warranty, and above all after collecting money, dont even bother to attend the call or mend the fault. Amazing people. For the past few days there was a problem with my solar water heater, so I contacted this vendor. They came and repair the panel of solar water heater and now it is working properly and they didn't charged me because it was in under warranty. I'm satisfied with the service.

In my solar water heater, tank was leaking ,so I called this anu solar power pvt ltd.they came on time and the technician had all the tools and did the repair work very fastly .leakage was sorted out in a proper way .now we have a heated water for bath.good service
