Have purchased a solar water heater from this dealer. Good response from them and pleasure to take their service. I have Purchased 300-litre Solar water heater, I paid 32000 for that water heater and their customer service was good, Overall I am satisfied with their service.

Just taken a solar water heater maintenance service from this agency.They did their work perfectly and charged me the nominal amount for this maintenance work.I am gratified with this service.

The worst customer service, this can be a case study in teaching service industry about how NOT to do the customer service. No one picks the call, charges for product service even though they are under warranty, and above all after collecting money, dont even bother to attend the call or mend the fault. Amazing people. Need a Consumer forum case

For the past few days there was a problem with my solar water heater, so I contacted this vendor. They came and repair the panel of solar water heater and now it is working properly and they didn't charged me because it was in under warranty. I'm satisfied with the service.
