Horrible service & even worse after service. They were good once (in 2015 & before) but the quality has dipped a lot now. Now you will see a marginal decrease of pests, if at all. Not only will you see little difference in number of cockroaches but when you call to check with them, they will blame you for not taking a contract with them (as if that can be an excuse for a bad one-time service!) & bang the phone on you. The owner has the audacity to say that they do not take any responsibility for their services! At the time of placing the order, the owner is very courteous but the true colours come out after the service. You are supposed to give them a lot of money & ask NO questions. I don?t know why their medicines are so ineffective now. Maybe owing to same medicines being used the pests have grown resistant to them or the drugs have been diluted or they are using inferior quality drugs. Do not take a contract with them. Or better still, take a one-time service & see for yourself.
