Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Worst customer service. Wrong commitment

I have purchased an AC from this company of Panasonic which was sold to me stating the product has 2 years of warranty, when inquired he said he will issue a mail for 2 years warranty till now i haven't received any such mail and the warranty period for the product stands for 1 year only. I also add that the product has not even crossed 3 months but the quality sucks and i have called the respective person for the service till now non has turned back. I do not blame the panasonic company.

From this show room I have purchased Blue Star Ac. Rs.48000 is the total cost including installation. Capacity of the Ac is 1.5 ton and it is for my home. It is a split ac and warranty provided is one year. We got very good response.
