Very worst service. Selling duplicate products with branded stickers. Talking to customers in rude manner. Cheaters. If you buy anything at mercy electronics you are wasting your money

I had reported problem with T-Zone fan and BPL emergency lamp purchased at Mercy, Anna nagar. The persons response was abrupt and indifferent. He was in no position to help or even listen. Though they seem to do their business well, by selling substandard products and also not having any accountability to customers will ensure their downfall in the near future. May good sense prevail on them Customer's beware, you are riding your luck, don't expect aftersales support from these people
