The supervisor and Staff behavior worst..I request all the Ratna stores customer that "DO NOT GO TO STUPID PLACE where they do not understand the feelings of hard money. Worst service then I ever seen..Stupid Supervisor even doesn't even know how to talk to customer.

Poor Service. They had Taken order for Grinder to be used in USA and never delivered on time and never called Back. During time of Initial Payment they promised to give within 4 days and even after 20 days there was no call from Rathna stores. When we called they said there is lot of demand for USA Grinders and it will still take 10 more days to supply and had a head weight of saying in whole of chennai this grinder would be available only in their store. People from Outside India if you want to buy grinders please do not go to Rathna stores and its a last time Hectic.
