NICE PRODUCT AND GOOD SERVICE SUPER

Customer service at Satya agencies-medavakkam, is the worst I have encountered. They used to be nice till we purchase the product. Late, If we approach them with any issue( related to quality of product), they drag the issue and finally blame the customers. Such a pathetic customer service, they dosent have any responsibility or concern regarding their customers.

I bought Ro water purifier, it's a old stock, with in 2 month chip board not working.

I ordered bosch dishwasher on 15'th April 2017, even today (04'th May 2017) its not delivered. Every day they say product would be delivered tomorrow.

These guys are the best cheaters in the City. I ordered a Samsung TV on Jan 15th using my Bajaj finserv, then within 24hours, I told them to cancel the order as I had other ideas and I felt the pricing is too high compared to other vendors. I was told by the Sathya Agent that they've cancelled the order and they've returned the Initial amount I paid, so I though they were really nice. Here comes the worst part, they did return the initial amount I paid; however, they did not cancel the bill. They sent the bill to Bajaj Finserv. I found the same through the Bajaj online portal, so when I inquired Sathya's they told me that they have cancelled the amount and then they transferred the call to the Bajaj Finserv Agent sitting in their agency, the Bajaj Finserv person told me that they have cancelled the bill, the EMI amount which I am seeing in the online portal will be automatically cleared within 40days. On the due date, the EMI amount was deducted from my bank account. I called in Sathya
