i have worst experience with jayam & co, velachery. the store manager doesn't stick to his word. he promised me that he will deliver new 42inch LG TV in 1 day instead he delivered after 10 days.these 10 days we suffered a lot.these 10 days he use to tell different type of bull shit stories..so BEWARE....

I bought a Voltas 123 Ly split AC @ Velachery showroom. The store manager told initially it costs 30,500 INR, then he reduced told he will make it 29000 INR all inclusive (stabilizer, delivery and installation). Specifically he told I don't need to pay anything more than 200 INR for delivery and 1000 INR for installation. But for installation the guy charged 1800 RS and for delivery it's 250 INR. Finally it all because 30K instead of the 29K promised by the store manager. Better to avoid this shop

Happy of purchasing 26 inches Samsung LCD TV and we had bought it from Jayam & Co at Velachery. The TV cost is around Rs.20,5000 and their customer service at the showroom was superb.

Our Onida TV was under repair and we wanted to service it but could not get it done so I purchased a new Onida TV from Jayam & Co. I am happy with the purchase and we got it for a moderate price.

No doubts that I always prefer for the Jayam&co since they are doing leading service in AC brands I brought Voltas split AC around 1.5ton for home they had offered me excellent product wit nominal charges which I'm not willing to reveal.
