Don't buy any electronic items especially don't go for basic model products in Sathya. I bought a godrej washing machine last year & within a month the machine started running with a high drum sound. Hope they are delivering us the products by fitting 2nd hand parts., that's why the delivery also took more than 2 days where they promised 1 day delivery., When I contacted sathya the staff raised a complaint to godrej and they said service person will reach us but they didn't come and closed the case stating we are not available at home., we then stopped contacting them and continue to use the product with that sound itself. Now this month sathya called us to inform about offers & I said not interested to buy in their shop as I was already cheated once., they again raised a complaint and this time continuously 3 days service person asks to share location and then will never come. Again closed the case stating customer said no problem in the product but i never said them like that., worst

I'm so disappointed of their bad service no more deal ing with them

Purchased 49 inches TCL LED TV from this shop. They have given warranty period and they installed it. Sales person showed me different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. I paid 30000 for the TV. Glad to purchase from this vendor

Bought Haier Refriegrator. Delivered in box Damaged Condition. Delivery not good. Never and ever go to Sathya.

Procured a new AC (1.5 ton) from this shop , brand belongs Dakin. They quoted me reasonable amount for the product. I am satisfied with my purchase as it has latest features.
