As soon the bill is paid and we step out of the store they stop picking the calls and they don?t deliver on time. This is not they way how it used to be a couple of years back.

After sales no proper response from the store.. Not received the product delivery on time.. Tv not installed even after 3 days but while buying they promised on very next day.. Twice i ran to store for these issues.. Still the problem not rectified.. Should prefered Reliance Digital instead of this

As I wanted to purchase ac ,I have bought it from this vendor.They have been very kind and considerate towards us in suggesting the best brand ac..they have quoted me some moderated amount for that ac whcih was taken care by my children .We are glad that we have got the good one..satisfied with their service

Brought an Ac from this shop, I preferred an Onida 1.5 Ton Split Ac only. They provided me with an expected one.The customer's approaches are really Excellent in this centre, The customer satisfaction is also good, they are providing home delivery. I paid very reasonably for that purchase.I am happy to purchase that Ac from here.

Recently I have purchased New Samsung LED TV from this vendor, They are well responded to customer and it works well. They are providing good service, They charged little bit high amount, So which I feel was this is average service.

Worst customer service I ever seen I bought tv while buying they told me that after received the tv call me we will do the instalation with in one hour but after received the tv I called more then 10 times and i followed 1 day then only they sent services person just giving commitments that's it waste.
