I have the same experience as Mr.Ebenezar. I wish I could have seen this comment earlier as I did the same mistake of paying full amount for IFB dish washer in exhibition held in Nadanam on 17th of July 2017. Same Mr.Muthukumar who promised a delivery after two days have not yet delivered the items. He has given a number 7373644366 which is very difficult get and after trying even you get it is very difficult to get him on line. No other responsible people are available. I do not know whether I will get the product at all as organisation has no responsible persons. Never trust this company.

Never ever buy any product from venus. I had very worst experience from this store. I ordered chimney from chennai trade center organised by venus porur store. I paid the full amount. They promised they will deliver the product with in 3 days. I called their store and a person name Muthukumar told me it will be delivered on that day. He told the same response for another 6 days. In 7th day he asked me to give my account no so that he can transfer the money back that he could not deliver. Still now I am waiting for the money back. I could not get my amount back. I am going to file a police complaint. Pls pls dont ever buy any product from venus electronics.
