Please see the 1 star rating first Because this is only true here. - Shop person are demanding 5 star rating to the customers to and put good comments and seeing the comments what they are typing. Really don't ever waste your money in Viveks. Please read fully before your purchase products here. I couldn't able to give 0 ratings here. I purchased AC on 16th April2022. But they didn't deliver me even after 1st May. I called them continuously but they are wantedly not picking my call.And saying cancel the order after 25 days of purchase. I asked for refund. They said it will be initiated and given to you in 2 days. But it is 10day gone still they didn't give me the cheque for refund. My EMI for the first month has due today. I have to pay the money now. They are saying the cheque is ready long back. But there is no person to collect the cheque from head office. I have to pay?1000 extra to bank now without getting the product. I asked the same to Viveks to pay me but they refused to pay.

Bought a new Split AC from this Viveks Ltd.It costs 28000 and I converted into EMI.Their approach and customer service was very good and showed many brands.Then suggested a good one which I bought.Excellent service and good products with these people.

For purchasing 65 kg whirlpool washing machine went to this Viveks Ltd. in Purasawalkam, Chennai.. its price was around 19300 with 1 yr warranty, 15 days has over still it has not been delivered am not satisfied with this service.
