Poor service provided by this Step One Event Management, Kumar Nagar for Birthday party planners on Balloon Decoration. Their service was very bad. They party timings were 5.30 to 6, but they made to do Balloon Decoration till 7.30. They did delay to do the work, then I told them to stop the work. They did not arrange the balloons properly, the balloons were getting out. Their work was incomplete. Their response and way of talking were so crummy. They quoted me 10000, but I paid only 6000 for this service. I had so much expectation for my kid 1st birthday but they disappointed with their service. Overall It was a very awful experience.

A get together party was organized for our organization inviting families of our associates. STEP ONE event management made our day, the best.
