Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

"Attention all brides-to-be and anyone planning a special event! I recently hired "Balaji Events" to help plan my dream wedding, but what I got was a complete nightmare. The agency failed to deliver on their promises, and the quality of service was far below what we had agreed upon. On the day of the wedding, the decorations were not as per the plan and we were extremely disappointed. But that wasn't the worst of it. To our utter shock and dismay, the event management team decided to leave the property in the middle of the night without informing anyone, leaving behind a mess of their equipment and supplies. As we were cleaning up the mess they left behind, we discovered that they had stolen some money and precious items from us. We were absolutely devastated and outraged that a company we had trusted with such an important day would do something so despicable. We tried to contact the management company multiple times to resolve the situation, but they did't picked up.
