Feedback on Zodiac Event Execution – Points of Concern We would like to express our concerns regarding the recent Zodiac event, as several aspects were not handled as expected: 1. Event Manager Absence: The designated event manager, did not attend the event and failed to inform us in advance about his absence. 2. Lack of Agenda Briefing: The emcee was not provided with a proper, structured agenda—from start to finish—resulting in poor flow and coordination. 3. Unauthorized Promotions: Zodiac’s marketing team promoted their brand during our live event and among our audience without seeking prior permission. 4. Unprofessional DJ Service: The DJ did not play any music during the start of the event, lacked focus throughout, and failed to create the desired ambiance. 5.Incomplete Balloon Decoration: The decoration did not match our agreed plan. Only the arch and four balloon pairs on the stage were done—many promised elements were missing. 6.No mike stand for guest singer.7.Poor live stream
