This is a cheating and fraud packers. I lost or damaged many of my items and they have left the items halfway. I have to arrange another transporter to get things to my residence paying heavy payment extra. Never belive shri satpal and his people.

Firstly , its the fraud agarwal and not the genuine one!The worst service ever! The owner is extremely rude and does not know how to talk at all, in fact very abusive to start with! Abuses I have never heard in my life! Their marketing agent will promise you a thousand things - Like cost inclusive of everything , loading unloading etc. After packing the stuff they raised the promised quotation in the name of octroi and what not which was earlier all taken care of. If you confront with the owner, he talks as if he is doing a favour on you by transporting your stuff - as if its for free! My stuff was delayed because of heavy rains and they did not even have the decency to update the status - In fact when we called for status they started abusing, 2 weeks of delay - but they shouldn't be questioned! And the best part - Promise of unloading and installation of your electronic stuff , but when you get the delivery - nothing at all. When questioned - all you get is a threat 'Do you want yo

They are faruds. Would take your money and deliver when they want . They would not install the stuffs and misbehave very badly. Beware !!!!!
