I had a bad Experience with DPS Express Packers & Movers Zirakpur, Chandigarh. I have contacted them regarding shifting of my 1 BHK household items from Baddi in Himachal Pradesh to Bhiwadi in Rajasthan. They have quoted me Rs. 11000 for packing and transportation. He said to give Rs. 9000 in advance and Rs. 2000 later. But after the shifting had been done, he says Rs. 11000 and Rs. 2000 as GST. He didn’t inform me about the GST later he took the charges of Rs. 13000 from me and one carton box had been missing, I called up the driver, he said he will check and call. But till now no response from them. I felt that he cheated me.

Beware!!!!. Please never opt the DPS express packers and movers, Chandigarh. I am the victim of it. I transferred my households from Jalandhar to Ahmedabad. They said thay will shift household in 4 days. BUT I received my luggage in 23 days in worse and pathetic condition. This is the fakest, fraudest and irresponsible packer and mover. All my clothes were wet and book's carton was severely damaged. All of the books were scattered on the truck floor. LED-TV was lying on the floor, stacked with other cartons. They even dont pick the call after receiving the money and dont bother if we get our product or not. The saddest thing is that the driver and labour of this packers and movers do not deliver the luggage to your home. They said to me to arrange my labour on my own at night 10 p.m. to unload household from truck to my home. I am highly disappointed with this service. Packing was also not good. The material they use for packing os of very lower quality.

Pl do not opt their services. Fake promises they made, very poor and undisciplined service. Item safety is zero. Delay of almost 10 days extra and goods found damaged also. <br/><br/>
