Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

This company run by person name Radheshyam is a fraud. I used their service for moving from Pune to Jaipur. Damaged multiple items. Please stay away from these people. Don't regret later after they make big promises and then break tour items.

This company is a fraud! The owner of the company by the name Virender seems to be a self proclaimed member of the underworld team as he is so arrogant and rude with his customer. He makes big promises about packing with sheets and cartons and what not, but his men come with carots and some.sheets which are useless and dont even fit for packing my sofa and bed and mattress. I ws moving from Mumbai to pune and it took them a total.of 16 to 17 hours to laod and unload goods equivalent to a 1 room.kitchen flat. On top of that mlre than 95 percent of my stuff was packed and the rest 5 percent was exoected out of them- but in vain. They couldnt even pack those 5 percent of the goods. It took 6 hours in mumbai to pack and load my stuff even though they had to pack only 5 percent. I am.not exaggerating. Then they come.only with 3 people out of which one was so.lazy that he asked othr 2 to do all the work, this is where I interfered. Please ognore and ban this company.

I took service from Durga Packers & Movers for I asked to shift my complete household goods within Pune. 5 labors came and in this 4 actively worked and another 1 person is a supervisor. Most of the things have been packed me. Remaining things they used the plastic garage. Loading and unloading took around 5 hours. So, I was a little disappointed in this. Also, they broke 2 goods called 1 handicraft and another one is Bed leg. But, I came to know only after shifting. So, I felt service needs to improve more.

They are big thieves.they promised to pack the things but they just put my things in box without packing and the didn't wrap the table or bed with polythene because of which it got scratches. Later they asked for more money. Such type of service should not be allowed to flourish.

To relocate my household goods from Pune to Madhya Pradesh. but It was an average service because they promised to give me the delivery within 6 days but they delayed by more than 11 days, which I did not expect at all from them. Overall I paid 9000 for this service and there were no damages in my items. So I would consider it to be an ordinary service.
