Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Booked package from Pune to outside MH, the agency person visited the home, where we explained about all the goods to be packed, he visited all the rooms and evaluated on the estimated container size, number of boxes etc and gave us a quotation which was neither too high nor too low when compared to other agencies ( maybe that's the trick !!) Actual harassment started after they packed all goods on scheduled date and took the goods to their local godown. The same agent who had visited our house, called saying you have overloaded the goods and boxes are more than I had seen on the visit, in reality we add no more than we showed him that day. Further he shared us revised bill with extra charges m, charges such as Local Mathari, extra transportation charges and end up making bill twice of earlier quotation. Threatened to throw our goods and challenged us that if it is possible lift the goods back from our godown. Since we had 2BHK full of goods we had to agree, pathetic experience !!

Fraud service. Goons. Will quote less initially. The actual bill comes 3x. Thedt of boxes. Poor service.

Worst service ever they gave quotation of different amount and bill of different amount halt my stuff for 2 days without prior consulting. Very poor service

Never opt for them.. They are big time cheaters. They will take your things and simply add additional charges during delivery of item. They mentally tortured and harassed us by telling us to pay additional charge of approx 13k stating it’s for insurance even though we didn’t opt for it. We were very clear during our connects and never spoke or opted for insurance. The driver simply asked to put value in every item stating it’s mandatory.. When we asked him to get those person online he simply refused… Never go for them they are big time cheaters…

They are biggest frauds in this movers and packers industry, never trust them and they will charge you for everything and don't give you documents and don't pay you damages also. I had a one of the worst experience with them , my complete range of furniture is broken during transfer from Pune to Banglore and now they are not responding and not taking any calls.
