Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Horrible experience! I shifted my belongings from Bangalore to Jorhat (Assam) not get it it's 11th months running ...This is run by Mr. Akshya Naik, he always fake promises. He always said after 20 days it will delivered. And didn't picked my call when 20 days over . He said I am in hospital, I am in temple , my sister is in hospital, my father is in hospital. Regularly said I will call you at 3 pm ,6pm he never called back. Don't trust this guy , all lies and Mental harassment. Please don't choose this company totally disappointed and harassment.

It has been over a Month since my courier has not been delivered They do not answer the phone and do not provide a valid reason for the delay. I would never recommend anyone to use their services.

My experience with Express Worldwide Relocators has been nothing short of a nightmare. The delayed delivery and damages to my assets reflect a level of incompetence that is truly astounding. The promised delivery timeline was not just overlooked but blatantly disregarded, causing undue stress and inconvenience. Moreover, the condition in which my belongings specially my car is beyond unacceptable. The damages sustained indicate a blatant lack of care and proper handling during the transportation process. I would strongly caution anyone considering your services to think twice. This experience has not only soured my perception of your company but has also resulted in tangible losses that I find inexcusable. In the future, I hope you prioritize timeliness and the safety of customers' possessions. As it stands, my experience with your company has been nothing short of a stinker, and I will be sure to share this feedback widely.

They are fraud, they will not only take money but will not even deliver your goods. It took 2 months for them to deliver my bike to New Delhi. One of the worst service provider and the employee name Akshay, pathetic person, not to trust this person. Do not trust them if you want your goods to be really sent to your desired destination. When I had started threatening about filing FIR regarding bike lost then he confirmed that the bike has been delivered to New Delhi via Train but it was supposed to be delivered to my home address and it was delivered 100 kms away..

I have placed my parcel on 28th April 2023, it is 24 days now I haven’t received my parcel and lost trust on them to get my parcel back .
