Jay Sharma & Ideal Packers & Movers Subject - Cheating/Damage To the transported Goods Turn of events I have been given a quotation of 49000/- to deliver my goods from Navi Mumbai to Yelhanka with insurance of 200000/-. The goods were about to reach by Sunday 5th October 2017. The Ideal Packers and Movers was failed to comply. As I have 6 days working and I am living alone, I told them to deliver the same on next Sunday. Due to cost of storing the goods, Jay Sharma requested me to arrange a Security to be present next day for Unloading. As per their request, I arranged a person to unload the goods on 6th October 2017. However the vehicle came and stood at the premises for 2 hours. Unloading only started at 1400 hours. Meanwhile during Lunch break the unloading was stopped for an hour. As per the terms and condition, Ideal Packers & Movers has to Unload and Unpack the goods also fix my bookshelf. When I reached home I found only unloading was done and my Fridge, Bike Keys and TV was damaged. When asked about the same Ideal Packers and Movers promised to send people to repair the same on Sunday 12 October 2017 but till date noone has turned up. Ideal Packers & Movers are not receiving my call. This mail has been sent to Ideal Packers & Movers for their information and reply. Failing to reply within 3 Working Days or by Friday 17 October 2017, a formal Police Complain and Navi Mumbai and in Bangalore would be lodged and same way an FIR to the Consumer Forum. Awaiting your reply.

Bad response from these people as they were not responding well to me because my luggage is with them it's on the way they saying today or tomorrow it will be reached but I did not get it yet.I paid 19000 for the shifting not satisfied.

I shifted mumbai to pune. I paid whole money in mumbai. and I have unload all my goods with my friends in pune. Do not use any time this packers. If you use then do not give whole money. Otherwise u have to also suffer. worst experience for me. They give minimum quote but the service is very very bad.....

We had opted for Ideal Packers for moving our goods from Mumbai to Varanasi, we are unhappy with the service as they had promised to deliver the goods in 4 days but they took 15 days and there was no proper response.

Satisfying service from Ideal Packers, we had engaged them to move our goods from Ghatkopar to Thane. They had charged me around Rs.3,500 and I am very much satisfied.
