Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

One of the worst service ever in the packers and movers industry. They charged excess in the name of GST which was clearly discussed by with their representative during finalization of payment and providing advance. During packing they have arrived 4 and half hour late than scheduled time and to unload 9 hours late. The labourers were very lazy and poor quality of packing, zero time management, no idea of which need to be dismantled first, Vehicles they just thrown during the end of loading. They are claiming themselves as packers and movers and their labourers were came without wrenches, screwdrivers, ropes, and markers and even they have not listed the items in the trip sheet also, by the way the trip sheet also not provided with item lists signed by them. Unloading is even worse, they will demand to settle the complete amount else they threaten you that the luggage will be taken back to their warehouse. Once payment done, then they disappear. You and the Labourers end of the day.
