Poor quality customer service.. They dont have clarity for charges of the packages and won't even tell earlier. I would recommend everyone you discover more other packers than others. Haven't provided tracking id, number

we shifted 3 days back in the evening. Earlier there were 4 people only for packing and shifting. We had packed all our clothes and very few was left to them. when they came at 3:30 by 5 itself we packed and were downstairs to uplaod in the truck. but something happened. Why im saying this i could sense something. they asked for one more truck and more people without asking us. we left with them in our car but as when we reached our new building they created fuss about unloading and travelling a little distance to lift. suddenly what we had settled for 6500 now they were asking for 8000. after 1 hr we agreed because our lift shut down and it was getting late. Now instead of 4 men there were 7-8 men.. or dont know. The head who came to see there work behaved inappropriately as well when I came to see the work in between. everything ended at 9 pm. The next day we began unpacking and checked that my mothers saree track bag was missing which had adhar card as well. i complained to Balwant

Very bad service, they did not deliver your house hold items on time, many items missing during move, they didi not take responsibility.
