Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Worst experiences. I had booked on Bangalore one cargo,Initially they sent me a quote. Then they mentioned that the document fee is Rs.250. They ask for extra money after the transport. I asked for consignment copy but they asked me to pay 1750 extra for it. They missed their tools in my old house, so they didn't organize things in the new house. I waited 2 days for the bed to be assembled. With innumerable following they came and made my bed. After payment we did not get proper response from their side. Please go for some other good packers.

I had booked on Bangalore one cargo in the first week of April to shift from Bangalore to Mangalore. After the delivery I noticed one item was missing and when I contacted Bangalore One Cargo it was confirmed that the item was missed by the driver and the driver accepted he missed the item too. He agreed to compensate for the missing item and the driver said he will pay the amount for the missing item in 2 weeks. It has been close to 2 months now and the driver kept on lying that he will pay the amount soon every time I called him since he agreed that he missed the item. Now the driver as well as the owner of the driver is not responding to any call and it has been close to 2 months. This is nothing but daylight robbery by the driver 'NARAYANI' and the owner 'VIJAY KUMAR' as both are ignoring the calls and not bothered to compensate the customer. If at all any of your items are missed don't expect them to compensate or respond to your calls.??????
