Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

How do I start!! MK India has been a real nightmare specially its owner Salman Khan aka Masthan Khan. He packaged all my household items in Aug'22 from Bangalore to deliver in Mohali, Punjab. He promised delivery within 10days and provided Delhivery tracking ID, but within 3-4days of me paying him complete amount, he cancelled the Delhivery pickup and went unresponsive for multiple days. I went to search him at his office and guess what there's no office anymore. After days of follow up he finally informed that Delivery will happen within a week and that package has been sent via local transporter. Thereafter every other weekhe would promise delivery will happen within 2-3days but till date it didn't happen. I had to raise a police complaint where his entire family and friends were dragged to the police station. Only then I got to know that my package were sitting in Bangalore for 4months. Police has kept this fraud family in Custody. Pls stay away from this company and these people!!

Please dont go with MK INDIA PACKERS AND MOVERS FAKE SERVICE PROVIDING AND FRAUD WORK DOING ../ ANY PACKERS AND MOVERS DON'T GIVE TO ITEMS YOU LOST THE CUSTOMER HE WRITE A REVIEW IN YOUR GOOGLE WEBSITE AND GIVE POLICE COMPLAINT OR CONSUMER COURT. EXAMPLE I HAVE YOUR REVIEW --- Worst service ever there are person call Salman who keep telling that its dispatched but all time he keep lying fir me ita being more then 2 month still my scooty is not DELIVERED to me thay were not replying to call neither respond to MESSAGE and when the reply the just keep telling lie. Also they took service from so never book your STUFF from shift or ys packers movers they are fraud. thes review post by customer REQUEST YOU SULEKHA PLEASE REMOVE HIM

Very very bad and worst service his name is salman he took my house hold items 2 months back till date it's not delivered to me and while taking he told me it will be delivered within 5 days but now if call he is rejecting my call i don't know wheather my items are going to reach or not...i won't recommend this packers and movers please don't go for this...

Hi guys ..i am writing this review after three month ...Do not trust this vendor he is really fraud ..I opted for Bangalore to deharadun for shifting my luggage after being multiple follow up my luggage came after 2 month and you guys won't believe they stoled my bike now this 3rd month till I have not received my bike .i really don't to whom I reached this masthan Khan put my number blocked and really worried what I do now ..please i am requesting you guys please do not go with this vendor he is really unprofessional and I really i don't how many people he cheated.

I have booked bike transfer from Bangalore to vizag ,on 25th April they picked up the vehicle ,after atleast 20 followups we got the bike delivered on 9th may ,no proper response,no tracking Id,they won't give truck number,no driver number, at the end you will struggle so much that it gives tension to you,after all this ,they stole my 1500 rs helmet ,and mirror glass got broken,and it's not home delivery,we have collected on a highway,it's the pathetic service I've ever used , please don't fall for nice words ,you will end up in tension later. I have booked via Salman.
