Don't believe them because they speak like that honey to get full amount during the materials loading. That's all their responsibility after getting money. I shifted house hold materials in one load from Chennai to Madurai, they get full amount at loading spot and extra amount for bubble wrap cover but didn't made properly for all things we insisted for TV and bike only. I think, they are not a professional packer and movers. Very major problem is unloading arrangement failed. I have made unloading with extra cost and with stress. So don't believe them, their not a packer and movers, they just like a lorry agent. I spent more money with stress.

Decided to shift, then I used this packer for shifting from Chennai to Madurai ..they were unprofessional in packing and there was no proper response from them for my query .the coordinator did not a response to the customer .they did late delivery in the shifting .they took 10 days for the delivery where they promised to do within a day .initially they quoted me 10000 for the shifting .then they said that after payment only they will deliver the items with the extra amount of 2000.so totally I paid 12000 for the shifting.som of the dresses which were packed in the boxes are missing and no answer for it .they committed that it will be a single transport, but the shifting was done with sharing with someone's household items. after we waited for a long time for getting the items.had a very bad experience with them

Don't go for this packers... It is the worst service packer ever seen. They are not responsible and only saying false promises and waste your money.. Think multiple times before you choose this. My suggestion is not to go for this.
