Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I engaged Omx Packers and Movers to relocate my household items from Pune to Bangalore. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. Despite having insurance, they haven't compensated for the damages incurred during the move. Mukesh, who assessed my belongings, overlooked photographing my wardrobe and later claimed it was not in his pictures. The initial quote of 35000+ 4500 for insurance and taxes was revised higher to 56000 during the move, eventually reduced to 52000 after negotiations. Sandeep, the manager, is unresponsive to my calls and has not addressed the damages. I strongly advise against choosing Omx Packers and Movers, cautioning against trusting Sandeep, Mukesh, and others. Furthermore, numerous items were missing upon delivery, adding to the stress and disappointment with Omx Packers and Movers' service. I have attached only 5 pics of the damaged items for reference as there is a restriction.

BEWARE before using their services!!!! We used their storage/warehouse service at Pune to save few bucks in rent but that tuned out a nightmare. When we received our goods back one box is missing and one had all the items damaged by Rat. The missing box had all the imported and expensive glass items, initially they gave excuses like your box by mistakenly got delivered to someone who is out of town/family emergency/out of country on vacation etc etc. Later they assured to reimburse for the lost and damaged items and now they have just stopped responding to calls/emails. Please avoid their unprofessional service if you don't want to loss your important and expensive stuff and don't get into loop for chasing people for damages.

Please exercise extreme caution before using their services. I had used their services to relocate from Pune to Bangalore. I was promised that the truck carrying my belongings will not be opened throughout the journey. I received my belongings in two open air tempos. I had damages in tune of 30000 rupees. The worst part is they wasted critical time in saying they will log insurance on my behalf which never happened. At the time of giving you the quotation they will tell you a lot of things but trust me they haven't pick up my call from almost 2 months now. They will keep on sharing news articles with you where people have chosen cheaper services and have paid for it but the fact of the matter these people should not be in the business of relocations. On the day of packing they would suddenly tell you that they cannot use this much packing material leaving you in a fix. Again, humble request, please don't get into a vicious circle of chasing people for damages.
