They're scary. I mean. You'll loose sleep for a few days after taking services from them. I've used courier service all over India but i never heard when they will suddenly stop your luggage at an undisclosed location and ask for payment. It tantamount to kidnapping . I had worst experience. At one point we made mind to call police. Absolutely disgusting. If you ever need a movers and Packers.. carry it on your own head. Burn your luggage but for love of God. Don't you even consider chosing them. They are really scary. Forget unprofessional.

Don't go via reviews, I also gone through the same, I think these are paid reviews.

They just want to make out money and fool their customers. Pradeep Soni told me that I had to pay Rs17500/-. I confirmed from him 3-4 times if there are any hidden charges. He told nothing else. When the truck reached my hometown early morning then he told me to pay Rs21000/- which is inclusive of GST. Pradeep told that we won't move the truck and won't let you to take your luggage off the truck if you won't transfer the whole amount. I asked Vivek, Anand from their team to help, they directly told call police and no help. And then in the end I was left with no other option else to transfer the money Pradeep is a full fraud person. Please don't trust them. Even if you have to pay 1-2 k extra go for a genuine movers and packers.
