Unethical lying unprofessional behaviour of the owner, Hitender Walia. They'll say that they'll deliver the product today and will do it days later. Won't pick up the call, won't reply to your messages, will keep you hanging for days. They don't know how to talk or behave. Please avoid them and get someone trustworthy.

Worst packer's and mover's all are cheating people. Their focus only money.not a customer They can go any level for money. Don't go through this packer's.

Highly unprofessional and worst packing of the goods. They dont use proper packing material also. Its a humble request that plz. dont give any goods to this packers and movers. They delayed my goods. They brought my car in broken gear condition and also used my car for personal benefits before delivering to my destination place. Some goods were in broken condition and few goods were missing and they stopped picking up the phone for further assistance. Beware of specifically Ravi Kaushik (Chennai)and Vikrant Kumar (Mumbai). I transferred my bike from Chennai to Mumbai through SRM relocation. I am not happy with their services(highly unprofessional). Listing positives and negatives below. This will be helpful for those who plan to use p&m services and SRM to improve the services. Negatives 1. Initially they claimed to deliver the bike in 5 days, finally they delivered in 10th day. 2.They didn't show the courtesy to inform me about the delay. Instead they made me to call at least 20 times to get by bike delivered. 3.During delivery of bike, SRM personnel asked for additional money(service charges) than what mentioned in the quotation. Positives 1.They are one of the few P&M services who were ready to transport my bike from Chennai to Mumbai. I feel their service is prominent in Chennai. 2.No damages occurred to my bike.
