Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I had availed a premium service. And was promised the goods will be shipped on the next day. But the service was so terrible, they didn't know where my belongings were on the third day as well. The driver was fully drunk and never delivered the goods on time. And lastly they didn't assemble the products as promised. Arrived too late at night and didn't fix the bed or any other products. Demanded money to hand over my belongings. Stopped answering my calls too.
