Do not trust such thieves who rob during the day. My cousin had a very bad experience. Do not trust the courier service that deceives the general public.

One of my friend used thier services and he is a malayali guy who don't know much hindi. The package contains a bike and 2 helmets, They have to shift it from Pune to Trivandrum and they have asked for 6000 intially but a day before the travel he asked for 4000 extra, as my friend do not have any other option he paid extra 4000 and the total costs him 10K, they said it will be delivered within four days, but they didn't ship it on time There was no proper tracking of the shipment, finally when he furiously threatened them that he is going to register a police complaint then only they shipped the package with the least expensive courier partner which cost them only 2000 bucks. The bike recieved with lot of scratches and some parts got damaged as well. Now we have logged a complaint in the consumer court to cheat a guy who don't understand the local language properly.

During this covid situation people are stuck who are in different state. Not easy to travel from one state to another. And this transport company is taking advantage of this situation. My friend opted Tirupati Balaji Packers & Movers to transport his items from pune to Kerela. He has confirmed the charges for this RS 6500. Later the transport guy asked more money after all paking is done. Saying as insurance charges Rs3500 extra total Rs 10000. The items was delivered almost a month late with lot of things damaged. During this month time he took lot of followup and came to know the original charges of this was Rs 2300. Now my friend is chasing for compensation for this. This really poor company for transport, I request you not to use this service. All this is taking a lot of time for getting money back and this is very frustrating. PLEASE PLEASE help my friend to get his money back. He has all the proof since 0 rating is not available I have to give 1 rating.

One of my friend had a bitter experience with their service. They collected 10k from him for bike transportation and did not do it for many days until he filed a complaint. Then they sent the vehicle through another courier service which charged mere 2500 RS. My friend has all the receipts as a proof. Since 0 star is not available, giving 1.

GENUINE REVIEW - DO NOT TRUST PAID REVIEWS AND GET CHEATED (19-Sep-2020). Fake company with fake bills. They are brokers. They get your assets and send it in GATI services. Form me collected 10000 Rs and I got GATI bill of Rs 2300. Bike was fully damaged and cost more that 6000 RS for repair. Also they guaanteed 4 day door delivery. I received it after 12 days from a godown even after making police enquiry. They are money looters.
