Don't go for it. Recently I shifted from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar and they said that the entire money has to be paid in advance for an intercity transfer. Once I paid them the money, the behaviour changed after that. After 10 days when i followed up when should i expect the delivery, they started behaving very rudely, many time they didn't pick up the phone. The situation got so worsen that i had to call them from another number. Excluding all the payments, they will additionally ask you for insurance. If you dont wish for insurance, they will damage your valuable goods intentionally. I transported my 1 year old bike and they badly damaged the fuel tank. Thirdly, they told me that they have a warehouse in bhubaneswar. Once the goods are received in bbsr, they will store it in their warehouse and i can take as per my convinience. But one sudden day the driver calls me and ask to pick up the items from bbs in 2 hr. Even though i told them earlier that my home is 220km from bbs.
