Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Such a worst service providers ,they damage products and they charge full even they damaged most of the products ,they don't even sorry about the damage they did. and people who are on call are unprofessional and they need to learn how to talk with clients, it's better to move by some other movers and packers. They charge very high with worst service.

The worst experience in shifting ever. Never hire these people. They are so sweet at the initial stage but when u ask for damages done then they simply make excuses. Their labour ask for money which is not decided for and later on they dont even take care of your stuff. I have to bear 10000 loss in order to get all the things repaired. They are also fooling the customers in policy making. They agree upon giving 100% coverage policy and charge accordingly but what they actually give is conditional policy which does not cover the total loss as well as it cost less. If you want to get dissatisfied then only try hiring them, or else these greedy morons are just useless.

My suggestion not to use their services. I used them to transfer my household goods from Gurgaon to Bhubaneswar in the month of July. They charged me Rs.18000 /- for insurance but took a policy of Rs.1063/-. One furniture was broken and one packet was missing. You can imagine the packing quality and documentation. They did not list the items in the packing list. After lot of follow-up with Suresh , they asked me to contact Insurance company. Insurance company rejected the claim because the policy did not cover damage and loss in transit. Suresh asked to contact Mukesh after 1 month of follow-up. Finally Mukesh did not respond nor compensated me for the damage and loss. Highly unprofessional company.
