Moved My household things from Delhi to Kolkata through Agarwal Relocation Packers & Movers, Dilshad Garden. They charged a nominal amount for shifting. It was an average service because they were not quick for packing and packing material was not good and not enough.All the items reached to us. .Overall average service.

Never take this company(Agarwal Relocation Packers & Movers), its a request.One of the Worst and fake service provider, Mukesh said that he is one of the employee of this fake organization he told that your house hold goods will be delivered GZB to Bhopal of 2 JAN 2018, but they said that there was some problem by driver and the goods are on way to reach and finally it reached on 7 JAN 2018, among which my Fridge was damaged, my Alimra, AC and Central Table Glass was found damaged and 2 big BOX was unpacked and my daily house hold things was Stollen by the company persons. Not only this the Insurance certificate was also fake forwarded to me. Mukesh is one of the worst person I ever met in my life with Wrong commitment and indiscipline act too. There are 2 more fake person i.e Amit and Manoj who are with him and other unsupported Staff. I think this www.sulekha.com, Company Chairman and there employees are also fake as they are providing fake certification of this type of fake company and giving us fake information.

Worst company on its commitments. They (Sumit Jain) agreed to deliver my items by next day of pickup and on 50% advance payment. I thus hired and paid for dedicated vehicle. After pickup on small vehicle, they shifted my items to their store and then called me saying to complete 100% payment now if i want goods to be delivered next day, as if it was ransom. They continued this for whole next day and said their truck is caught by police and giving fake excuses for asking money. Later on rigorous discussion their manager (Mayur) cleared that if i transfer money to some account details shared by them, they will get this delivered in few hours. Very harrasing experience. Insurance provided is only for accidental losses of their vehicle. Not sure if thats the only cover others provide. Goods were shifted multiple times even after paying for dedicated vehicle cost. Even AC box was not kept straight when delivered.

Hired Agarwal Relocation, Packers & Movers, Indirapuram to shift my household items From Delhi to Jammu. I got poor service from this because initially they quoted 10000 with 21 household items but after unloading they quoted 15000 for 15 items only and they did not know how to do the shifting. The service experience from them I would consider bad because they changed the quoted amount which I did not expect all so they broke my trust in them. They were not professional. I am not satisfied with this service.
