Pathetic experience, least to say. Non reliable. Not trustworthy. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. These people are very kind and professional before you hand over your stuff and money to them. After this, they stop picking your calls and if galti se they do, they will yell at you for calling them again and again for status. They returned our car in very poor condition in 1 month. And in between we did not have any clear answer from them about the whereabouts of the car. We literally went through a mental turmoil asking them about our stuff and car. Gunde mavalli ban jate hain ye log samaan or payment milne k baad. Receptionist Rekha doesn’t know anything. Useless staff members- Ishwar sagar, anupam and worst of all Deepak. Very rude and mentally harassing. Never ever go with them. Please.

FRAUD ALERT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PROOF! Airgo Packers and Movers (GSTIN: 07BMFPP2733M1ZQ) and their malicious staff i.e. (Deepak, Prakash, Rekha, Ishawar, and Anupam) had to deliver my father's car (GJ06ED7872) from Delhi to Bangalore. Car was loaded in the trailer (RJ47GA1271) in front of me on 28th May, 2022 in Gurgaon and now after 20 days it is still not delivered. They promised me that GPS and tracking ID would be provided but after payment was done, they took a complete U-turn and said these things will not be shared. Upon further investigation, I found that I was tricked by Airgo packers and movers (GSTIN: 07BMFPP2733M1ZQ) who removed my car from the trailer as soon as I left. Owner and spoc of Trailer (RJ47GA1271), Sharma from KM Trans logistics, himself confirmed on 7th August that the trailer reached Bangalore on 2nd June, 2022 and the same trailer did not have my car in it. He clearly stated that the car must has been removed by Deepak's notorious gang after I left.

The company actually goes by its name. Surely they are "PROFESSIONAL" to the course. My experience started with their first visit for assessment. Mr Suraj was a thorough professional and he had accurate estimation of the timelines and cost. The next visit actually reassured their commitment. On the packing day all employees did the packing in a professional and excellent manner keeping a note of what items being packed in which box They were very professional during loading of the vehicle also. It was so well done that after a travel of 1000 km there was no damages. Overall experience was excellent and I would refer this firm to all. After my stuff reached their excellent feedback system called up to check about the condition of the packing and transportation. Thank you very much Airgo Movers .

The only thing i would like to say about this company is best service they are providing in NCR. I have been used this company 3 times. They did my shifting with safety.

I have taken the service and the parson was misplaced after of several follow-up nobody is going to take the responsibility I will recommend not to use these services
