Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

Very unprofessional service from Dolphin Logistics. Delayed delivery caused my scooter battery to get down and was unable to start it. Ajit Sahani promised me delivery in 8-9 days but it took 18 days for delivery. Packaging was also not upto mark and damaged my Knucle guard. V Xpress their freight partner is also unprofessional and delayed delivery by 2 days. Will not recommend anyone to use their services just because they charge 2000- 3000 less than other service provider. Mr Ajit will not pick calls on the day of delivery and will make same excuses to all customers like Truck accident, Parents in hospital, attending relative marriage etc. Very bad person.

Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Very unprofessional behavior, not even picked up the calls in official hours also. Especially Mr. Ajit Sahani the owner should know first how to deal with clients. Very much disappointed with their services.

Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

WORST SERVICE EVER! They use VULGAR and OFFENSIVE SLANG WORDS! Read till the end. This guy – Ajit Sahani , will promise you a lot of things before the dispatch of your goods (before you pay him with money) and at the end (after you have paid) you get your valuables in broken shambles with NO refunds. In my case, after my goods (including my car) were taken to their office, after a couple of days when I enquired for the video updates regarding my car as was promised by Ajit Sahani, this guy (Ajit Sahani) replied me back with VULGAR and OFFENSIVE SLANG WORDS!..I got my bed completely in broken state with multiple injuries. At the starting this guy promised me that he would refund me the amount if anything happens to my bed. I even have the mobile conversation recording of it and yet when I asked him for refunds, he started ignoring the issue. There were other glass items that were broken. Even till today I have not received any refund. Would never even recommend my enemy to go to them.
