IBM Packers and Movers Chikhali Pimpri Chinchwad

"WORST SERVICE PROVIDER" I have ever dealt with. I booked their service on 21st Feb, advance paid on 23rd Feb for shifting of my goods on 29th Feb. Till this date they were proactively calling me and mentioning that they would come on requested time and do everything required as in packing, loading, transportation, unpacking etc. but on the day of my shifting they just gave reasons like we are on the way and vehicle would be reaching at your doorstep shortly. On checking with their driver, he rudely mentions that he is not aware of my shifting of goods. From morning 10 AM till 4 PM, they just gave reasons and no one from their team came to my place for packing of my goods. After 4 PM they stopped picking up my calls & didn't even responded on messages / whatsapp. Very pathetic response from them and no one from their team even had courtesy to inform actual situation to me. Main business is to take advance from people and run away. I would not recommend this Packers & Movers to anyone.

Our TV was to be transported from Pune to Delhi..Till picking up TV from the home Sonu Aggrawal told one price , once they collected it , they didnt do anything & then sent a bill of more than what was communicated earlier and were like " Itna hi hoga, nahi toh TV nahi bhejenge" then we said , no we dont like ur service please let us know the address to collect our TV .The person wasn't ready to tell the address, he kept giving us different mobile nos & asked to ask for address.When i started talking about filing a police complaint he was like " aap educated ho , aankhe h aapki , bill pe address nahi h " how come one know that's the address where TV is kept.Our relatives collected it from their office & they didn't even return the advance amount given . THEY ARE FRAUDS .DONT TRUST. THEY HAD APPLIED 18% GST ON THE TV WHEREAS 5% SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF HOUSEHOLDS. DO CHECK GST APPLIED ON THE BILL. BETTER NOT TO OPT FOR THESE KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO ARE NOT ETHI

I took service from Pune to Delhi through Movers and Packers. IBM teams are very excellent and co-ordination is very nice and Professional packers.. I Like the service and I paid 70% in Loading point and I checked my goods after I paid 30% in Delhi . Already I took Insurance also.But nothing happen I have received my goods in safety manner. thanks a lot IBM Packers and Movers team. I will refer my friend also in IBM Movers and packers they done great job.

Through this packers I have shifted my bike from Pune to Hyderabad.Two persons came to home and packed the bike.I Paid Rs.2.800 for the work done and there were no any damages found in my bike and within a week they delivered my bike. They rendered was an Excellent and I recommend this vendor.
