Om Sai Packers and Movers, Guwahati delivered my goods on 23rd May 2019 night at 11:30 PM to Ranchi from Guwahati. I regret to tell that Carton No: 31 was missing during delivery to Ranchi. I kept on asking, asking and asking but till date no attempt was made neither to find and handover it nor to pay the compensation amount of Rs 5000 I have demanded. If you try this packer please think twice before selecting it and don't make the full payment initially and pay partially when your goods are on transit and pay the remaining only if you receive the entire baggage of yours. I was insisting this to the incharge but he told me to pay the full amount and I trusted him by paying the whole amount but he is yet to deliver my Carton No: 31. Please note that I have lost goods worth Rs 5000 and I keep asking him to pay but till now he didn't pay to me. I am still talking to him daily with a hope that he will either trace my Carton to send it to me or pay the compensation amount Rs5000 I have asked. If you are ready to compromise this sort of service then the choice is yours. I am disappointed with this sort of service.
