Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Totally unprofessional behaviour of staff came for shifting household items. Damaged my furniture and shamelessly saying sorry it happens due to stairs. The guyes also stolen my Bluetooth sound bar which I realised on next day but they are lying that they didn't seen such item in shipment where as I have seen while it was there at the time of loading household items.
