Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

Totally unprofessional attitude. I would now have rather paid 20% extra to Agarwal Packers and done my shifting. Used sub standard packaging materials.... Discarded boxes from Haldiram and bikaner wala..... No bubble wrapping used for glass items.... Refused to open cartons. Promised repairs of damaged items but refused after payment was made. Making excuses for repairs after I made complete payment.
