Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount

I recently hired Shivam Cargo Packers and Movers through Sulekha, and my experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Unprofessional Service – The team was unorganized and lacked proper handling skills. 2. Damaged Goods – Several of my belongings were damaged due to careless packing and transportation. 3. Hidden Charges – They initially quoted a reasonable price but later added unexpected charges. 4. Delays & Poor Communication – The delivery was delayed, and their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. 5. Rude Behavior – Instead of resolving my concerns, they were rude and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this service to prevent similar issues. Sulekha should take strict action to ensure only reliable service providers are listed.
