Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service

Charged for the whole truck then on the day of packing they came 8 hours late. Packed our stuff in a truck which they told will be directly going to our destination with only our stuff then changed the truck 2 hours later and put with others stuff in a bigger truck. We were not informed this till the truck reached us. They outsource the truck which was not informed to us. We kept calling driver but he did not pick calls for 1 day and there was no response from people at the office as well (receptionist/assistant lady was fine but nobody else). Then when our stuff reached us, many things were damaged. Carton boxes were compressed. Bicycle, scooty damaged. Bed was broken. The attitude of person in Chandigarh with whom we were coordinating is very unprofessional. Avoid these movers and packers.
