A to z is not company owner Manoj swain is very big thief he removed many items in my package like saree 5 nos, dress 6 nos,bed sheet 3 nos,hair dryer, trimmer 2 nos, mosquito net 2 nos,dress material 5 nos,kids study table etc 80 percentage item missing so I called to Manoj swain he didn't answer and block my number please don't use A to z

Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service

The worst experience i have ever faced in this so unprofessional packers and movers. Here is my experience I am sharing. I have spoken to Manoj Swain for relocation of my household items from Rourkela, Odisha to Gandhinagar, Gujarat over phone and asked him to do physically verification without doing so he has given quotation. I told him to keep Insurance, he added 3k for that but surprise that he has not done Insurance as he said he forgot to do so, can anyone believe this ?? In my discussion I told him to send your team at 9.00am in the morning the team reached at 7.30pm. IT took 24days to deliver. I received my packages in worst condition. Kent RO missing, Kids Study Table Missing, AC copper pipe missing, Washing machine damaged can’t be repaired, The crockery items was damaged, All Glass items, photo frame broken, Even the two wheeler have dent and scratches. Never book this again. Don’t use A to Z packers Movers else your items will be damaged and handle carelessly.

Me and my husband had gone to this office at tulsipur to give advance to shift our luggage from Cuttack to balesore n we gave advance of 1k n the owner Manoj already told us the amount over phone without physically verifying the quantity of luggages. But on the day of transportation he charged 2k extra telling more luggages n even he threatened without giving 2k extra the vehicle won't move such an idiotic behaviour. But as we were running of time we gave. His behaviour was so ruthless and unprofessional. I won't ever suggest anyone this packer mover

Worst services. Literally I cried. They gave quotation of Rs. 29925/. But just before one day, they incresed the price to 37800/. Again at the time of delivery, they told to give Rs. 2200/.Really the propietor is a fraudster. He will lure you by giving less quotation. Later he will ask for money. You dont have any way.. Ultimately have to pay. Beware before dealing this packers and movers.
