Aaga Packers & Movers Ashok Nagar Vijayawada

I wanted to shift my household from Ayyappa Nagar within the same area. So, I contacted this Aaga Packers & Movers, Ashok Nagar. They charged me Rs 3700 for the service and four members came to do the packing, uploading and downloading. The person brought some iron boxes, drums only for packing. They shifted my household items while shifting the sofa leg got broken, there were scratches in the iron bureau. Apart from this, I am okay with their service.

Got a very bad experience through this vendor. Recently I have taken the service from Aaga Packers & Movers, Ashok Nagar to move my complete household items within the city from Gollapudi to Gollapudi within 2 Km distance on 15th of August. They provided all the details regarding the service and they quoted me RS. 6000 for the service. The packing job was careless and they damaged my computer table also. And after shifting there they kept all thing inside but they left my Diwan(bed) outside only, for that only I paid them RS. 5000 only for the service and I informed them that once they kept the Diwan inside I will give them the remaining money. But for till now no-one came for that service. They need to improve in their job and customer satisfaction. It's totally unsatisfactory to me.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The supervisor who handled our moving was irresponsible and was not committed at all. He left a couple of bags at our old house itself and was not even present at the house for most of the time. He didn't "supervise" his workers and just roamed from one room to the other and kept asking whether we would take some thing with us or whether he could take it. The packing job was horrible and careless. For example one box had a salt packet and they didn't bother to close it in any way. When we reached our destination and started unpacking we found that the box had salt all over the inside. They didn't even bring enough material and used boxes from our previous move with another company instead. The boxes were worn down too. They didn't bother to ask whether some boxes were to be thrown away or to be kept and just packed everything in a huge mess. But on the other hand our huge bag of provisions meant to be taken with us was left in our (to be continued)
