Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

GGST wasn't communicated earlier; however, after packing, a bill with 18% GST was generated. Despite my salmon being homemade, not store-bought, the incomplete document lacked the Dharamkanta paper and the driver's Aadhar card. I felt deceived by the transport service and experienced sadness. Although the full payment was made, the promise of providing missing documents later was unfulfilled. When requesting photocopies of the driver's Aadhar card and vehicle owner's PAN card, the response was rude, leaving a very negative impression of the transportation experience.
