Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

The packers and movers came with insufficient resources. Inspite of promising to wrap remaining 4 items they didn't and as a result the items were damaged. They don't walk their talk. The first quotation given didn't mention about insurance. Things were not discussed clearly in one go. Overall not at all a good experience.

Very bad service ,I lost my box with new clothes when I asked them they replied it's transporter mistake they don't even care to reply us. They gave me the box opened with all new clothes Missing.dont go with this company

I Need to Shift House hold things from Hyderabad to Chennai on 28th of February. They send me 4 person for loading and unloading and over all I paid 20000 rs I am satisfied with the service and this was very good service

Just few days ago I shifted from Hyderabad to Pune. I am not happy with service. Because 1. After reached my home they ask extra charge which is started 3000/-. 2. I send my Pune address 3days ago before shifting, but in shifting day they said droop location out of Pune, So again extra charge 3000/-. 3. These total 6000/- extra charges was out of my budget. So, I started talking with concerned person (99662 44435) for reduce amount. After complete that conversation he reduce amount from 6000/- to 2500/-. But during that conversations he replied me 'we are the person like Bengali they do this types conversations for reduce amount.' I feel very bad because he use regional thing. My fault I tried to reduce amount, for that he use regional issue. In future I will not prefer and refer this advance Packers and movers.
